I started with a card and cut the outer heart using one half one the backing dies from the set. 

Next using the circle from Gift bag set. I layed this cut out on top of the circle..this way it will not cut. cut the larger of the circles in green card,  separated the bear from the rose and blue roses are  from the Vignette  gift bag. Bees from the Label set.

I have adhered this heart onto the matching backing die..I smothered this with Glitter paste and extra glitter..Fern here  Pretty Shabby Ovals..here
