Sunrise Poppy..


Good evening friends, followers and visitors.. welcome to new followers Ronda and Kim Macdonald.

Sharing a poppy card tonight.. Lovely size this Memory Box "Sunrise Poppy" I cut two in pale yellow glue these frames together,
Then Inked centre petals with new distress ink "Fossilized Amber", these petals I added depth with my hot glue gun after distressing the edges..then hot glue in the center for black beadz.  touch of glamour dust.







M/B Open studio..Postage Rectangle Layers, adhered to pale yellow a touch larger, chicken wire from M/B "Distress Bapitsia Collage" 






Decided no embossing ,  behind the topper M/B  Open studio. "Stitched Country Borders"  and these lovely hearts M/B  "Love Connection"
finished with a chiffon bow..

  15. Such a wonderful color combination on this card...really sets off the stunning poppy. Love the design layout, and the sugar texture look on that shaped poppy. TFS the tip about the hot glue to shape it. As always, another beautifully detailed card from you - showcasing these marvelous dies! What an imaginative designer you are! TFS & Happy wkend.

  34. Love all your cards Pam and this one is just amazing. I enjoy trying to re-create some of them in a similar way myself. Just can't seem to master how you manage to delicately glitter your card edges. Would love to know your technique!
