Good evening friends, followers and visitors, welcome to Sharon http://sunshine2go.blogspot.co.uk/ thank you for joining me..
Christmas card today, struggled with this one, not to keen on this green, prefer pale green! but that did not look right some how..ahhh well done now so will have to do..
I do like glitter for baubles, which I did try..but you lost the lovely stitching detail, so had to do plain white, with glitter outer frame. Memory box.. "Newbury Ornament Vinnette"..
Adhered to Crea-nest-lies XXL 23. cut the outer one, embossed three dies, to create stitched pattern.
This white background M/B "Beaded Background Die" framed with Crea-nest-lies XXL 24.
Corner arrangement is a mix of.."Holiday Winterberries" New Poppystamp die "Verona Flouish" & three holly leaves..

I think it's a stunning card Pam, I love the dies and all the wonderful sparkle, used to seeing your cards in soft shades or white, so this is really a bit different from your usual, but love it, Kate x

Lovely design, Pam. I love the hanging baubles - they look really striking against the darker green background. xx
ReplyDeleteOh so GORGEOUS, Pam! I love being able to use unfavorite colors (like my choice of words?). Actually, my admiration of your style grows even more! Being able to us an unfavorite color (a dark color, too) and STILL create your incredibly elegant art work, speaks volumes about your talent. Lovely in every way. Your cards are always beautiful. Hugs, de

ReplyDeleteHi Pam, the card is gorgeous and the colours so impressive. I think you need colours like this in the winter as everything looks so dull at this time of the year.
