Good morning everyone.. My turn to blog over on Tutti designs Blog
Sharing a Pentagon shaped card..
Using Bright Candles & Arched Fir Branch.
from the New July release Tutti Designs
These Bright Candles have been cut in white card..Next adhered to green, using scissors I cut around the shape..Using double sided foam tape to raise up on my Pentagon shapes, which has been embossed in a folder. Added glitter shapes back in after I cut these in the die.
Bow to finish.
Along the top shape I have used the Arched Fir Branch & stamped & heat embossed with Wow Silver embossing Powder..."From Our House To Yours"
This card was very quick to make..
Items Used
Tattered Lace Pentagon dies.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous card, Pam. I love the shape. You taught me that I can put a colour of cardstock behind a die cut. I've never thought to do that. The furry fringe adds a nice touch too.

First of all, you don't look NEARLY old enough to have a 50 yr. old son! I never would have guessed! Secondly, this is just spectacular! The favorite part of my day is coming to your blog to see what wonderful creation you are sharing for me to drool over! You never, ever disappoint me!
ReplyDeleteSoooo pretty with the unusual shape! I can't imagine a die you don't have, and you always come up with the most interesting ways to use them. Loving those Tutti dies! I don't know where the years go. My son is 41 and in my head I feel younger than that.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card. The colors are beautiful, so soft and soothing. These new dies are really lovely.

A special day for your family today! Milestone birthdays for both! It certainly is ironic they were born on the same day ten years apart! Pam, your shaped card is wonderful! Did you create the shape yourself? I especially like the way you embossed the layers and popped some of them up. I have that die, too, and hope my fussy cutting is as nicely done as yours. Your beautiful bow is the perfect finishing touch! Hugs, de
