Sharing my second post for our blog blitz over on Poppystamps .
Today I have used the "New Poinsettia Ribbon 1567". If you would like a chance to win this beautiful die, pop over and leave me a comment on this post..
Poinsettia Ribbon 1567 also works with the older Blooming Poinsettias die 861...
Rather than red poinsettias (they come in all colours) I kept these white! wanted some texture on them, I sprinkled Stampendous "Shabby Blue embossing enamel" on the petals, then heated from underneath with my gentle heat gun till powder was melted.
Underneath layer cut the ribbon away glued with wet glue of set the petals, filled in with "Holly Leaf Branch 1601" white card and red glitter card. finished with berries from my stash!.
I have used the same combination to create the poinsettia flower at the top of this card..
This gorgeous background die by Birch Press Designs " Dazzle" I have used the collection of three in this set. they can be used alone or in combinations.

Morning Pam, This card is gorgeous !! I love the poinsettia ribbon die-cuts and combined with the older poinsettia creates a gorgeous card. I love the effect of the addition of 'frantage' to the leaves, so very pretty.

And I especially like the way you have featured it on a larger size card, Pam. Very pretty. Your glitterific poinsettias and flowing ribbon just add to the brightness of your featured center! Hope you enjoy a great week-end, my sweet friend! hugs, de
