I have used "Heartfelt Creations" Eyelet Rectangle Basic for the card shape.

Tattered Lace..Baroness "3D floral fragrance Collection" here Charisma coloured Artwork from matching CD.
Tattered Lace..Sentiment from the Peony Pavilion collection. here
John Next Door! Star Flower Leaves.

finished with pearls to decorate.
