Hello friends and visitors..
Colour change for me on this quick make Christmas card using papers..
Love grey and these papers from First Edition "Silent night" paper pads ..are gorgeous ..greys/pinks/blues.. most are double sided too.
Beautiful baubles ..I have cut in white card..then..embossed using the die onto grey paper!..delicate touch of sparkle from my clear "Wink Of Stella" pen... adhered the white cutout baubles onto the embossed grey paper, then cut around with scissors..
Used foam tape for the baubles..these are placed onto a die cut..using Sizzix "Stitched Rectangles" Tim Holtz.
Red ribbon bow with the foliage Sizzix "Holiday Greens Mini"
stamp from stash.
red pearl and silver glitter.
Finished card 5 1/2"x 6 3/4"

ReplyDeleteAnother gorgeous card! these baubles are lovely.
ReplyDeleteYou're right our garden is big but typical of many older houses in Lincolnshire. I love it but it can be hard work at times. Quite a few people have been selling their gardens as building land but as we have no right of way to ours at the moment I guess it's here to stay for the moment at least. Have a great weekend, Angela xXx

Such a light and delicate feel to your card with the pretty Christmas baubles. Lovely design and layout.
ReplyDeleteOh, my, I especially love those holiday greens and the teensy bow. Wink of Stella does add a delicate touch of shimmer to the pretty baubles, too. We use silver for Christmas cards, so why not gray? I love how it looks! Gorgeous card, Pam!
ReplyDeleteHi Pam,
ReplyDeletesuch a very wonderful Christmas card and your work as usual is stunning.
Love the wonderful baubles and you super design.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
Such beautiful Christmas baubles - they remind me of the baubles on my parent's Christmas trees back in the 1950s. Doesn't it seem strange to say "back in the..." -- wasn't it just yesterday? Lovely card and so elegant - the whimsical part is the feeling of the old style tinsel. Did you use it? I believe it was mostly made of lead, and it broke easily - before the days of synthetics, and before the days when everyone discovered lead was dangerous when handled. Beautifully done. hugs, de

ReplyDeleteSent you an email today, hope you get it xXx
DeletePure elegance, as always. I've enjoyed some of your cards on Facebook while I was MIA from blogging. Love the soft subtle grey background with this gorgeous die set. The greenery swag at the top is so pretty, and looks splendid over the ornaments too. The tiny pops of red in the pearls really set this card off, as did the silver sparkle around the edges. TFS & Hugs
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous, love the grey and white theme the colours go so well together, and such a beautiful bauble and frame die, it looks very classy.
