Good morning friends and visitors, sharing my DT post from Poppystamps blog
I have created an open card with "Hello" sentiment, which you can personalise inside with a greeting.
How delicate are these pretty "Chinese Lanterns" from Poppystamps. I have placed them onto my embossed background. this is framed with a frame I found in my bit box.
How I created my embossed background..using "Brilliant Leaf Frame".
Card size 6"x 71.2" I taped this in place..next ran through my die cutting machine! using a silicone/rubber mat you use to emboss your dies.
This is how it came out of my machine. I decided not to add any colour! as I wanted my Chinese Lanterns to be the focal point of the card.
White cut out of these Chinese Lanterns have been adhered as shown, then I then coloured in each cut out using my Pro Marker pens.
Then I cut these again in green card and adhered onto the whit ones on my card.
Next, my bit box frame I added orange detail with a pro marker, adhered flat to make a frame. Sentiment also by Poppystamps with shadowed green Hello die cut. Foliage "Perfect Pine Needles", hessian bow cut with "Bow and String" die. added some dried foliage from a tree! no idea what though.
Pretty sequins are from https://birchpressdesign.com/No-So-Heavy-Metal.html
Thank you for stopping by Pam xx.
