Sorry if I missed visiting your blog this week, I had Cataract eye surgery Monday, glad to say I`m back.. Only wish not with a Sympathy card! sad news yesterday, so got making a card quick (well two) one for my box.
61/2" square card using for the main Creative Expression "Noble Pinpoint Square"
Framed made with Tattered Lace "Pearl Square"collection with "Shabby Offset" die.
The stamps I used are by Stampin Up.. Sets "Hopeful Thought" Tree.."Love & Sympathy" Sentiment, using dove grey ink..
Finished with Poppystamps "Butterfly Sprinkles" and old Spellbinder Cross, I think set one.

You're quick back after your surgery Pam. Are you already noticing that you can see better? Too bad you had to make a sympathy-card but you've made a beautiful one.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
Greetings Miranda
Hope your eye feels better today. A gorgeous card just a shame it's for the reason it is. A great idea to make one for the box. I keep, saying I'll do that. X
ReplyDeleteHi Pam your cards are stunning. I am sorry you had such sad news and needed to make one. I hope you make a speedy recovery from your operation. Do take care. Hugs Jackie
ReplyDeleteHi Pam, This is the most 'beautiful' card I have ever seen !! I love everything about it, and the bereaved recipient will know all the 'love' and 'care' that went into making it for them. No-one wants to make these type of cards, but yours are always so 'lovely' and 'heartfelt'.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad your cataract op went well, take care and don't do too much.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
Another "WOW" card! I love that gorgeous tree against that beautiful white! I had cataract surgery several years ago and you will love the difference! We never like to need a sympathy card, but sending one this beautiful always makes a difference!
ReplyDeleteSo grateful to hear that your cataract surgery went well, and you’re now doing those dreaded drops. But isn’t it an amazing change? My husband could not get over how colorful and clear everything looked! While I have thoroughly enjoyed scrutinizing your lovely, elegant masterpiece, I’m sorry it had to be a sympathy card. So much love and beauty was put into your pretty creation, that I’m sure it will bring comfort to the recipient.
ReplyDeleteHoping your eye continues healing more each day, XXOO
So nice to hear you are doing fine Pam, and by the look of this card it has been a pleasure to make and us to view...gorgeous card.xx[aNNie]🎄

Beautiful heartfelt card Pam. Wish I could see the inside of it too as I'm often lost for words on these cards.
ReplyDeleteIsn't cataract surgery amazing? I had both of mine done many years ago and was amazed at the result as I had (and still have) multiple eye problems and even a little sight is better than none at all.
Morning Pam,
ReplyDeleteLovely cards, pleased your eye surgery went well.
