Delightful Daisy

Good morning everyone.

Sharing my DT card over on Poppystamps Blog today.
Hello everyone, are you like me and love Poppystamps New Spring collection.. so many lovely dies to use together to make pretty cards.

Like to see how I created these gorgeous "Delightful Daisy" flowers. then look below..

Cut two using the die, I then used my sponges with these inks shown, I did not wont a blended look! so I ponced ink onto the flowers..

Ball tool and blending mat to give the flowers dimension.

Thanks cut across a corner ..I have used the inside cut from there Gorgeous "Double stitched Scallop Frames.

Can you see how they fit together.

Coloured with Distress Ink adhered as shown. foam tape on the reverse on the scallop frame.

I have placed my first large frame of set on this card..

Close up of my flowers and Prills in yellow for the centres..  remember I cut two complete flowers, I have just used the flowers to layer up as shown.

Finished with Stitched Fluttering Butterflies and stamp "Hugs & Kisses.

Thank you for stopping by Pam x.

The scalloped edges are so pretty with the added stitching pattern, they make beautiful frames for your incredible flowers! So much work to put those daisies together, but completely worth it!! An amazing card Pam! hugs :)

  22. Now, Pam... I've already done my impulse shopping for the month, but I'm pretty sure I "need" those double stitched scalloped frames. They'll just have to get in line with all my other "needs". If you didn't make such pretty cards... This is so sweet!

  30. Pam, I have looked at this masterpiece a few times over the past couple days. It melts my heart with sweetness. The layout is unlike anything I've seen. The delicate, fragile flowers are beautifully shaded. It's a fantastic card. Pam, thank you for taking the time to share your creative process. I know it takes a while to photograph everything, and move the "mess" around so you have a clean shot, but I appreciate it so much. I learn much more from photographs than words LOL (You would never know I'm an avid reader, would you?) Have a wonderful week! love, de
