Birthday For Dad.

Good morning friends, followers and visitors..

Sharing my card for Poppystamps blog  today..dreaded Male card..

This card is flat for posting.
Outer frames are from my bit box.... I cut the Poppystamps "Boddington Collage" die with grey card, extended the width to fit in the using white card  I cut the "Stick frame boarder"  adhered to the base  as shown, I then cut   "Park Bench" inked this with blue ink adhered to bottom right corner.

I have used the "Happy Birthday Celebration Frame" for my  "Happy Birthday Dad" cut away the wording from the outer frame,  die cut just the end of birthday to make my Dad.

To finish  cut  "Quiet Bird Sash"  this stay`s in your card, I cut it away, inked the bird blue, adhered to the top left.  next "Chirping birds"  where placed around..
I also splattered ink over the card and added black dots with a permanent pen.

So cute! Way to go for a male card. It's something I would love for me, as well. Those stick dies are so much more fabulous than I would have thought. Love the park bench in the corner, and the little birdies. Very clever the way you made the "dad" word!

Hi Pam,
what a brilliant card, and such a very lovely design.
I never get the same buzz out of making a male card as I do the female ones.
I think it's because there is no frills and flowers.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
