Sharing my Poppystamps DT card over on the blog today.. poppystamps
Simple Birthday card to make, no flowers on this card, just leaves!
I cut two Hampstead Oval frame Dies, shaded both with distress inks, Peacock Feathers and Gathered Twigs. adhered one flat onto Open Studio "Stitched Ovals" cut with turquoise blue pearl card. second die cut I applied glue on the oval shape, not the leaves, Vintage Happy Birthday cut in white applied to the centre oval, then random bisque liquid pearl dots onto leaves and oval.
Adhered this oval to white rectangle card 51/2" x 41/2" , next touch larger blue matt. next white layer I used the Jourdana Collage die to top left, this was embossed in a Crafters Companion "Texture Distress" folder 8x8.
Verona Flourish leaf die with ribbon and pearls.

Goog morning Pam, oh what a beautiful card. The color turquoise is my absolutely favorite colour, I love her. You did a fantastic design wit the leaves around the die. The shimmer and bow gives them all a wonderful touch.

Beautiful work. I love how the leaves are growing around your oval. Very unique. Bow tying is definitely your thing. I have such trouble with it.

Even sans all the usual lush flowers, it's gorgeous. Like the color combinations of the elements, beautifully designed, & the texture of the delicate emboss on the white mat, and the stitched mat...just yummy & pretty. TFS & Hugs (I'm with Sandy...do you ever not have a perfect card?!)
