Well been at this card for days.. Started with the "Frantic Stamper" Tumbling blocks card panel..here
they show the panel length ways and you can see the Blocks..I did it sideways that is were you can see the flower design..I cut two white and two blue.. there is a pattern match to make the panel larger than
3.7/5" x 5" ...Adhered two panels to white card ..overlaid with blue, then in-filled with blue to form a pattern....
White card 71/2" x 71/2" I cut a circle with spellbinders grand..embossed in tattered lace Ditsy dots.. cut a stately circle in blue.. Flowers Heartfelt creations "Sunkissed Fleur die and matching stamps.. leaves H/C Bella Rose leaves die and matching stamp.. Sentiment by "Justrite"Friendship..
