Special Birthday.

Sharing a keepsake I have made..I have some Special  Birthdays this year, this will be for one of them.

Frame made using Elizabeth Designs.."Happy Frame XL".. first time I have used this! brilliant design and so easy to use..8"x 8".. can easily be alter to smaller size.

White Silk Foam.  Heartfelt Creations..Flowering Dogwood die. 
I used cheap oil pastel to tint the foam, after cutting.
Mix of ..Tattered Lace.."Woodside Ferns" John Next Door..Starflower Leaves.
Doily..Creative Expressions.."Flora" Frames & Tags.
TL Pin Dot Heart. Kaisercraft..Friendship Sentiments.
Pearl Beads swirled in the spray.

Tattered Lace "Gift Bow"  Prima Papers "Love Story" shadowed with green card.

I used cardboard from posting pkt..covered this both side as a backing for my frame.

Stands made using Tim Holtz.."Small Easel" 657187.

MDF Golden Wedding Heart.

Sharing this MDF heart I made a while ago,  the recipient our friends celebrated their Golden Wedding on the 12th March..
This I made rather than a card to store in a draw.  she love it has pride of place on display.

The white background is pearl paper, adhered with pva glue.
I have used Heartfelt Creations  "Sunkissed Fleur" Stamps HCP 3533. Clear inkpad and wow Metallic Gold embossing powder.
Next I cut these with the matching die..Sunkissed Fleur. HCD 734.
Rubbed a touch of gold gilding wax over.

Layered these flowers up with pva glue in the centres,
Sue Wilson "Delicate Fronds" leaf die... ribbon/mesh/pearls & made stick pins.

Computer text, cut with heart die, then placed on Memory box. "Queen Of Hearts" die, cut gold and white to create a shadow.
To finish I print a sentiment and adhere to the reverse. ribbon to hang.

Card using some oldish dies from my stash..

7.1/2" x 6" card.

Started by making a frame with Spellbinders 5x7 card creator "Mystical Embrace" had a long while and not used!!

I cut the Mystical Embrace in pale blue pearl card, then cut the centre out with a craft knife,  used matting basic set to create a frame in white also cut this centre out, adhered the blue M/E to this..

Flowers are Heartfelt Creations "Blazing Poppy" collection  (Used once before).
Started by using the stamps, I stamped on Velum & Translucent Pearl Paper with Blazing red "Stazon".. then cut out with the matching die.
The paper ones I spritzed  with Dylusions "Cherry Pie Spray".
Next I shaped these petals with tweezers, just pinched and twist the end petals, using hot glue added black Beadz.

With Love sentiment by Tattered Lace.
Adhered the Poppies with spider webb, Poppy Stamps "Freida Leaf" ..

Hope you have this lovely  sunshine we have in South  Yorkshire  today, Boy did we have a horrendous rain yesterday afternoon.

Sharing a Pearl Wedding Anniversary card, I made this for a lovely friend and her husband..

White card coloured with Versa colour "Amethyst" ink.
Heart in the background Cherry Lynn " Heart to Heart Lace Doily", I embossed the middle section (cuts separate) in Sue Wilson "Heart Lattice" E/F.

Computer text cut with "Little B" Cross Stitched Hearts.

Heartfelt Creations "Delicate Aster"  Flowers..inked and glittered..LOL.. stick pins I made.

"OUR GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY" .

Good morning Friends, Followers and callers by..

Special day for my husband and myself...  Today it`s

"OUR GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY" .

Does not seem 50 years since our wedding day.. 

I made us this keepsake MDF heart, rather than a card to put away in a box.

This heart is 8" x 8".. sentiment was done on my computer.. I used Acetate to print the sentiment..Then added "Wow Twinkling Lights" embossing powder and heat embossed with my heat gun. Cut with Memory box..Open Studio "Crossed Stitched My Heart" die.. this was adhered onto a white heart.

Flowers are the new "Heartfelt creations"  Blazing Poppy Petals stamps and  Blazing Poppy Die.
embossed with Wow as above.
Stick pins I made.

Foliage in the flowers Lorelai leaf and  Grape Vine by memory box.
Stickles dry fine Glitter around the heart edge.
