1st Birthday...

Card size 7"x 5.1/2"

Simple First Birthday card.. white card has been coloured with "Rose Pink" Pro Marker Pen.

I started by embossing white card with my Sizzix embossing folder (from a Christmas set tow folders) Brenda Walton "Be Merry" 658749 set , added colour to white card with pro maker as shown.

This cute "Rocking Horse" from Yvonne Creations. fits perfect in the oval.

This I cut and coloured while still in the cutting die.

Die I used.. Oyster Paper crafts    

White seam binding I also coloured with pro marker to match the card.

I tied a double bow with my "Zutter bow Maker" wrapped around the corners, used red strong DS tape to hold on the back, this I added to a larger card size.

Under the bow,  tag from my stash, Memory Box number 1.. Tattered Lace "Its Your Birthday" die these are a mix of long sentiments.

Finished with a few sparkly gems..

Gift It..

Hi everyone, there`s  a new  Challenge over on Poppystamps blog  and the theme this month

 Gift It. 

The  Gift It  challenge  last all month so you have plenty of time to submit your projects.

I decided to make a Pillow box as a gift box, such an elegant design, I used Sizzix  Box Pillow 660844.. you do get in the set two lovely lacy inserts..
I wanted to use this Beautiful Poppystamps "Simmons Collage die" ..I used on the back and front and put turquoise card behind the cut out.
Tattered Lace "Just for you" sentiment.

My floral arrangement... Poppystamps.. "Stitched Bloom Trio" ..Freida Leaf.. ribbon and I made the stick pins. few glitter gems..

At the end of the month one person will be randomly chosen to win some Poppystamps products.

Celebration Balloon Collage.

Good morning everyone, sorry been missing a while, I have been so very  busy.

Sharing my "A New Arrival card" from  http://poppystamps.typepad.com/  today.

How cute is this Stitched Elephant die from Poppystamps,  it does say stitched! when you cut out it leaves stitching on the negative card, I did not want to use that as I wanted a flying Elephant lol. with these balloon.

I wanted some detail around this "Celebration Balloon Collage" oval..I have no oval die that I could make a frame with the same size! I left  the die in place after running through my die cutting machine, using a fine tip pen I drew dashers & x`s .. also did this technique on my main card shape. 

I used pro markers to colour these balloons. I raised this card topper with 3d foam tape.

For my multi colours on my text and string ribbon bow, I drew lines onto waste card with pro markers colours as shown, using dies ran through my die cutting machine.

Coloured elephant with grey pro markers, shaped and used foam tape to attach as shown.. random sparkly gems. finished card  6.1/2" x 5.1/2" size.

Blue Train for Baby Boy.

Sorry been missing! I have been really busy.. have tried to keep up with you all in my reading list, sorry if I have missed anyone.

I made this card yesterday Sunday, I started by cutting in white card  this lovely shape from

  Amy designs " Christmas Card Set"... 

Memory box   "Starlit Breeze"  has been used  above the train to look like steam .lol.. 

Yvonne Creations.."Train"   cut in blue card and coloured with red pro marker while still in the die, Alphabet Creations  for Baby & Boy.

For the rail track I have used  Memory Box ..Open Studio set.. Open Spaces..  this is a fence die lol.

This topper I put on the larger size shape in white.

Stitched stars ..and Ribbon Teddies  to finish..
