Good morning, crafty friends, followers and visitors..

Had a go at making a shaker card..  used the new "Little B" cutting dies  Stars..
 8"x 51/2"  navy card.. I die cut the shapes... next light blue card a touch larger.. I stamped through the shapes so it would  line up through the star shape.
next added acetate to the back on the die cut card... on this added 3d  foam tape around the cut outs ..placed star confetti  and beads on the stamping card and placed the top layer onto this lining it up, to show the sentiments..
die cut in cream star outlines..glued in place... finished by place onto a A5 card .

This style card would be great for children. my grandson would love one..idea for his  birthday...

fathers day

Good morning everyone,
lovely day here today.

This is a quickie card for my youngest grandson for his dad, ( my Son) he happens to go spinning and training everyday, wouldn't think he`s 47 next month..

Not sure if I like what I`ve done, but it`ll have to do.. Image is from "The Wrinkles" cd.
also used Cuttlebug embossing folder, this paper was bright yellow form the cd, so I have inked and gilded to darken it, also used to embellish   sprocket die`s form spellbinders, text is memory box typewriter alphabet. cutting die available from  here  oyster stamps

Good morning everyone,  welcome old and new followers.
Not a nice day today, raining again and cold.. where is our summer, we had a glorious weekend now back to this..


Today card is a different fold,  sorry I do not know the name. it`s a gate fold that folds back onto its self, then you add a topper same size as your card, mine is 5"x 6",  the main card is two pieces of A4 card, score both in half then one half score again in half.
