Fluttering Butterfly Corner..

Hi crafty friends, followers and visitors...

Sharing a card I designed for Tutti Designs and did not get chance to blog before leaving the Design Team 1st October.

Tutti Designs.Fluttering Butterfly Corner 158. 

White card with touch`s of silver.  Quick make card.

I cut two Butterfly corners.. glued together for stability. added clear gems.

Embossed detail Stampin Up.. "Framed Tulips" embossing folder.

Stamping! I used old Kanban clear stamps "Spring Butterflies"  love this sentiment and the butterfly set.   Verasamark clear ink pad and silver embossing powder.

I glued the corner along the straight edges only, so you get a raised corner.

Hi crafty friends, followers and visitors, sorry been missing a few days! been so busy this week.


 This card would do for a few occasion  although I coloured the bird "Robin" colours, first time I have used "Brushos"  impressed how you can paint with them!

Tutti Designs Bird Song Chorus 167, I cut two for dimension, also one extra bird which I used the brushos on. this I have layered up onto a dark blue card circle has  text on & a pattern on. old from my stash.

Frames behind this are cut with Yvonne Creations "Holly Jolly Card Set" dies used two smaller dies from the set ..Also from the same set "Music Notes".

Main card 6.1/2" square using Sue Wilson..Noble Pinpoint Square dies, smaller one embossed with.
Leane Creaties "Background Stars"..  ribbon and pearls to finish..

Triple Flower Edge 166. 

Sadly this is my last Design team Card for Tutti Designs..  

Very hard decisions to make.

Due to family commitments I felt I could not carry on as you only have so many hours in a day.

Hopefully this will alter next year.  

You can use this  "Triple flower edge" edge die in corners or as I have done! across the center of the card, using the same pearl pink card I cut  a card piece to fill the front. Attached a ribbon around  this to hide the join, made a separate bow & attached with hot glue.    

I have cut extra flowers in white! these where shaped then adhered to the matching flowers, finished with a pearl in the centers. 

Hope you like this card design, change the sentiment and can be used for many special occasions.

I have used this Beautiful Floral Heart from the new Tutti Designs August Collection.

Flower Heart 163

Finished card size 8" x 7"  Oyster pearl with soft Lilac colour.

This is a technique I love doing with floral hearts!

Cut the design once in with card adhere to a plain heart if you have one.

Next cut the floral heart in soft lilac..

Matching up the pattern adhere to the white heart by Top & Bottom Center flowers only! so the heart stands up at the sides.

   

I have stamped in the center with lilac ink "To A beautiful Couple.

Used Sue Wilson Noble Pinpoint Rectangles for the card shape.

Another stunning die design from Tutti Designs..

You need very little embellishments with this beautiful die.

Card size 8"x 7"..

The Die size 5"x 4"..Cut in white card..  I have used 3d foam tape for dimension onto a touch larger mint green shape.

6.1/2"x 5.1/2"  card in white again a touch larger for a mint green mat..Place white satin ribbon around this before you adhere to the main card! secure  ribbon with double sided tape on the reverse..   Then adhere the topper.

finish with  a bow & heart charm if you wish.. add sentiment.

Frilly Flower Frame.

Good morning friends, followers and visitors..

Today I am sharing my card using one die from New August Release  by Tutti Designs  .

 available now!

And what a stunning collection this is. 

      Frilly Flower Frame 156. 

I have cut two Frilly Flower frames. top one has been coloured with distress inks. 

"Peacock Feathers"  "Gathered Twigs" "Black Soot"

Applied with a sponge dauber, glue and diamond sprinkles glitter.

Next Adhere together the frame and leaves only! these frilly flowers I applied hot glue behind the filled in base flower, you could use 3d foam if you prefer.

This I adhered to a white die cut oval frame.

7"x 6" Top opener (tent) card.
Layers in white and turquoise
Added a chiffon bow with string pearls with hot glue.
This card is really quick to make and can be used for so many occasions.

Elegant Pumpkins..

Sharing my DT card from Tutti Designs blog  

This is my first "Fall" card that I have every made! It is something we do not celebrate in the UK as you do in US.

I cut this corner in cream card using "Elegant Pumpkins" ..on the reverse, before the negative pieces fell out ..I used super sticky double sided tape to hold them in place.

Next using distress markers in orange shades I coloured as shown, the leaf with swirl a mix of green pens.

Oysterstamps   

To add dimension I used 3d foam tape behind  the pumpkins only, placed these onto brown card that has been embossed in a folder with leaves.. 

Next using glossy accent on the coloured orange only, hope you can see the shine!

Using watered down white Gesso added splatters..  

The leaves and text with folder I got FREE with Creative Magazine.. best freebie for a long while..

Cut leaves in greeny yellow card and coloured with distress inks!

Loaded Sleigh.

This is my DT card over on Tutti designs Blog.

I have used the  Loaded Sleigh 125  .

I added more parcels to the "Sleigh" these were cut with Fancy papers!!  Bow detail Glue pen and silver glitter, I did the same too the Sleigh! 

Background I dry embossed in a folder, this was shaded with Distress Marker "Shabby Shutters.
Couple of sentiments from my stash, Gifts Galore & Christmas Wishes on a tag with some flowers again cut with paper..

Hope you like these traditional colours on this card..

Jolly Snowman Scene.

Good morning everyone.

Can you believe I`m still making Christmas cards! in this scorching heat here in the UK.

This Tree Of Life..I removed butterflies and birds from the die cut!

Joy from Snowglobe Expressions.. Shadowed in Red card.

There is no background with this die, I adhered to white card I had added glitter to, cut around with scissors..Hat I paper pieced in black card..holly green glitter with some pearls.
Scarf coloured with red pen and glittered with red, nose in orange..eyes and mouth I used permanent black pen..

Christmas Ringing Bells.

Good morning everyone,  sharing my DT project.. Christmas card using this beautiful die.

   Tutti Designs "Ringing Bells" 141  

Main card colour is cream.. 

I have cut these bells in cream card. then adhered just the bell to gold Mirri card, cut around. using double sided foam tape to raise these bells for dimension.

Snow Globe Scene.

It`s Wednesday so I am blogging over on  Tutti Designs Blog  

I have made this  Christmas card using this wonderful   Snow Globe Scene Die 145 

This die cuts as the picture, I have pieced  the die cuts back into the globe shape. after I cut a circle shape in dark blue as a backer.

I have coloured these pieces with distress markers, then using pva glue I added  lines to create snow, while still wet applied "Twinklets Diamond Dust" 

The bottom of the Globe I cut a silver frame,  pieced dark blue into this, next using "Glossy Accents" on the blue to create a glass look, sorry it does not show up in the photo..

This embossed background was a free embossing folder from a magazine. 

It has a circle shape in the centre, I die cut a dark blue card circle shape.

Finished with red ribbon, leaves by Sue Wilson Trailing Ivy Dies

Hope this has given you an idea how to use this wonderful Snow Globe Scene, would look beautiful in traditional Christmas colours.

Sharing a Pentagon shaped card..

Using Bright Candles  &  Arched Fir Branch. 

from the New July release  Tutti Designs   

These Bright Candles have been cut in white card..Next adhered to green, using scissors I cut around the shape..Using double sided foam tape to raise up on my Pentagon shapes, which has been  embossed   in a folder.  Added glitter shapes back in after I cut these in the die.
Bow to finish.

Along the top shape I have used the Arched Fir Branch  & stamped & heat embossed with Wow Silver embossing Powder..."From Our House To Yours"

This card was very quick to make..

Ice Crystal Fir tree.

Sharing my post from over on  Tutti Designs Blog.  I post on a Wednesday.

I have used the "Ice Crystal Fir" die ..    From July Release.

Beautiful die! you could just use this on it`s own.. 

I have layer up and bling!!!

I wanted to create snow on the swags on the tree design,  for snow I use "Cosmic Shimmer" dries White pva glue, this glue dries  in the shape  you put on! excuse my years old bottle.lol.

Next sprinkle Snow Dust or Flower Soft..DO NOT shake off the glue or patt on.. leave to dry..result on the left..

This is he finished tree.. I cut a green tree to create a shadow effect.. blinged up with gems. 

I created a background with distress inks..stamps from my stash! with  white embossing powder..
This was layered up with Red  & Silver glitter card, white card mat in-between.
Card size 7"x 5.1/2"  finished.
